Your presentation surpassed my expectations and left me feeling empowered. with so much to think about in our lives today it is easy to let your guard down. We become complacent a feel false sense of security. It is freighting to think about all the times I could have been one of those "easy victims". We have been busy with seminars at River Oaks Elementary, PTO, Kaufman Elementary, University of Phoenix, The Imani Private School and Montgomery college on the 5th.

Great program with coach Michael and the runners at in flight Running group. There were a lot of women who run in memorial Park and were excited to learn safety techniques from Richard
